Is to create a community of like minded people who want to elevate to be the greatest version of themselves. When you get down in your workouts, the voice in your head tells you to "stop, what’s the point, just give up….That YOU are so much stronger than it.
There is an entire community out there, literally across the globe; willing to push you, stand by you, endure the pain with you and together we will not quit, but we will find resilience in everything that we do… together.

MEETS PURPOSE
I am a certified Nutrition Health and Wellness coach, and my mission is to help as many people as I possibly can reach to be the greatest version of themselves.
I have now been coaching for multiple years finding my passion for health and wellness studying nutrition and psychology at the University of Northern Colorado.
I have multiple certifications on top of my degree such as Precision Nutrition and a Woman’s Health Specialist inPre and Post Natal Certified from Pronatal, and Girls Gone Strong as well as Peri and Menopause specialist through Girls Gone Strong.
I am also a 1,000 hour yoga teacher, local Colorado gym owner. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Brandon and we now have two beautiful children Brady and Blair, 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs-Luna and Leo and enjoy being as active as we can in the mountains! You may also find me behind the pages of a book!

OUR PURPOSE
Our process at Built Wellness Co. is to create and develop humans of character, grit, tenacity and resilience. It's our process to make sure you feel seen, heard, part of a community and to know how to reach your goals but the importance of why we do what we do for future goals. We have to do the work on our own but we will never have to do it alone with the Built Wellness Co. community.
